CiviCRM is the module on the website that manages the Club Membership. It is very robust and can be used as minimally or completely as you need to manage all aspects of the organization. I have set it up to handle the new memberships and automate membership renewals.
Below is the link to the user guide website for CiviCRM. It shows everything available and may be overwhelming if you start going through all the features available. Just realize that the module is broken down in to several components and you only need to learn the ones you need and can ignore everything else.
